We were disappointed that the hotel was undergoing reconstruction during our stay, which meant that we couldn't use the spa facilities. Additionally, the mattresses and pillows in the room were of poor quality, which affected our sleep.

The hotel had a fantastic rooftop terrace with a bar and a breakfast room that offered panoramic views of the city. the free secure underground car park was a bonus, especially considering the difficulty of finding parking in the city. the staff at the front desk were friendly and responsive, and the complaints were quickly addressed. the complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room on the top floor was appreciated, as it provided a spacious room with a nice view of the city.

The hotel did not have a swimming pool. Additionally, the breakfast area seemed to be makeshift due to the renovation of the rooftop terrace, and the quality of the breakfast was low.
