This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were reasonable and definitely worth what we paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was commendable. From the beautifully decorated rooms to the friendly and helpful staff, everything was taken care of. Thirdly, the location of this hotel was perfect. It was situated right down the hill from the gondolas in Arinsal or Pal, making it convenient for skiing enthusiasts. Additionally, the hotel's position beside the fast-flowing Pyrenean stream added to its picturesque charm. Lastly, the basic amenities provided in the rooms, such as a good shower, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. And not to forget, the breakfast at this hotel was simply divine. With freshly cooked dishes brought out frequently, we started our days on a high note.

Very friendly staff, comfy beds, hefty breakfast, awesome feeling to sleep next to the river, the happy hour at the bar, dry room.

Amazing Ski Trip Experience

La limpieza excelente, el personal atento y amable, el desayuno muy correcto y la ubicación en el centro de la ciudad.

Todo fue fantástico.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were pretty quiet. There was a free shuttle to the ski area which was very convenient. Oh, and the hot chocolate was to die for!

The food wasn't great. We tried it a couple of times, but it just wasn't worth it.

The hotel is conveniently located right beside a fast-flowing Pyrenean stream, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It is also in close proximity to the gondolas in Arinsal or Pal, making it easy to access the ski areas. The rooms are clean, warm, and equipped with comfortable memory foam beds and pillows. The bathroom facilities, including a good-sized bath and shower with multiple settings, are impressive. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet and take advantage of on-site facilities such as an Asian restaurant and bar.

Finding nearby restaurants, especially if you're not a fan of Asian cuisine, may be a challenge as they are not within walking distance.

Just returned from a fantastic 5-night skiing trip in Arinsal. the staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We were impressed with our connecting rooms, which were spotlessly clean and very modern. the rooms offered more space than any other ski holiday we've been on. the variety of food options at the hotel was wide, and we especially enjoyed the lovely bar for pre and post dinner drinks. Although we would have liked a few more vegetarian options for dinner, the staff were very accommodating once they knew of our dietary requirements. We also had a pleasant surprise when the hotel kindly posted something we had left behind. it was a lovely holiday experience, and we would definitely consider visiting again.
