Value for money was excellent, the room and bathroom were a bit small but still comfortable enough. The hotel's location was perfect for both tourists and business travelers. The staff at the Four Seasons were exceptional, treating me with kindness and professionalism throughout my stay.

The hotel was in a great and safe location, close to a famous cemetery and shopping streets. the concierge service was fantastic, providing comprehensive suggestions and directions for local shopping and restaurants. the rooms were of good quality, with comfortable beds, high, quality linens, and a luxurious bathroom. the on, site restaurant had excellent breakfast options and world, class cocktails at reasonable prices. the staff at the hotel were friendly and knowledgeable, providing great service throughout the stay.

There was a slight delay in receiving a response when requesting ice through the hotel's app. the billing process had some confusion and a significant difference between the quoted rate and the paid rate, although the hotel later offered to split part of the difference.

The check-in personnel arranged for my luggage to be carried down in the early morning hours without me even asking. Such attention to detail made my short overnight stay hassle-free. The complimentary wine, fruit, and chocolates were a delightful touch. I felt well taken care of by the kind and professional staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff, from reception to the bar, were exceptional and made my stay very enjoyable.

The staff were always friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. the room was nicely appointed and comfortable, with great amenities. the location was ideal, with plenty of upscale stores and restaurants within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and the stunning views of the city.

We had some issues with the air conditioning, which made our room a bit stuffy at times. we experienced some noise from outside the hotel, which made it difficult to sleep at night.
