This place is awesome for party people! We loved the brand new accommodation with a little gym and cold water swimming pool. The rooms with kitchenettes were perfect for our long stay and cravings for home-cooked meals. The comfortable studio had a nice balcony and rooftop with amazing views. The walkable location near restaurants, cafes, and tour agencies was excellent. And it was only a 20-minute walk to the bus terminal.

I recently stayed at Usina Studio Fma-Coliving for a week-long trip and it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The brand new accommodation was stylish and modern, and I loved having a kitchenette in my room. The shower was amazing and the balcony and rooftop offered great views. The gym, while basic, was a nice touch and encouraged me to stay active. a fantastic stay.
