The amenities in the hotel are quite basic and not suitable for an extended stay or a festive family holiday. Although the hotel's location is perfect, the breakfast served is disappointing, with little food available and no coffee or water provided.

We had a great time at the resort, as it was conveniently located close to the lake. The beach was just a short walk away, allowing us to easily take a dip in the refreshing water. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met during our stay. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious, providing a variety of options to start our day.

We had to venture further to find suitable places to eat, which was inconvenient at times.

Stunning location just steps from the beach, clean and cozy hotel territory with birches, swings, and fresh air. The staff was amazing - they were very friendly and went out of their way to help. I was even presented with a fruit platter as an apology for a small inconvenience during my stay. I highly recommend Garden Inn Resort Sevan for a relaxing beach getaway.
