It's right on the ocean front and just across the road from the beach. The service at reception desk was great, they showed they cared about our request for a ground floor room for health reasons. The staff were friendly and helpful. The leisure spa and wellness center was relaxing and the garden area was lovely. The room amenities were excellent and included ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, sitting area, dining table.

During our weekend in this city, we came across a great place to stay. the room was very clean and tidy, it had a lovely electric blanket that kept us warm and comfortable throughout the night. the location could not have been better, right across from the beach and within walking distance to all the main attractions. There were also two complementary items in the room which we really enjoyed. We felt very welcomed by the friendly staff who gave us tips on where to go and what to see.

the staff attitude toward a family in front of us was rude and aggressive when requesting extra bedding for their child. the sink was not provided in the room which made cleaning up after ourselves quite difficult.
