Staying at this B&B was truly a delightful experience. Jeffrey and Jenny, the hosts, were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful with local tips. the breakfast spread was top-notch, with Jeffrey's daily surprises. the location, right next to the train station, was super convenient for getting around. the house had a homely feel and the rooms were spacious and clean. Jeffrey's personal touch and attention made it feel like a home away from home.

If there was one thing to improve, it would be to have tea and coffee available in the room for that added convenience. a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic stay.

During my business trip to Perth, I had the pleasure of staying at Arcadian Bed & Breakfast, a choice made by my director. the hosts, Jeffrey and Jenny, were warm and accommodating, making me feel right at home. Jeffrey's knowledge of the area came in handy as he shared fantastic recommendations for places to explore. the clean and tidy room, along with the delightful breakfast spread, added to the overall pleasant experience. Convenient off-street parking and easy access to public transport were also notable highlights.

Nothing everything was great.

From the moment Geoffrey opened the door till we left, it felt like a home away from home. Geoff not only had a continental breakfast supplied for us but also cooked something different each day. His attention to us was so comforting. On our last day, he made breakfast early for us so we could have something before we went to the airport for an early flight.

The location of this B&B is ideal as it is conveniently situated near shops and a train station, allowing for easy access to public transportation. The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with various amenities such as tea/coffee facilities, microwave, fridge. The hosts are friendly and accommodating, providing helpful local tips and serving a delicious breakfast each morning. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of on-site parking.

It would be great if there was better privacy, as some guests felt that their movements were constantly observed.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated on a quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with prompt room service, attentive housekeeping, and helpful assistance with tours and tickets. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, featuring amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. We also enjoyed dining in the room at the spacious dining table and relaxing on the comfortable garden furniture.

Highly recommended.

The hotel had good WiFi and the rooms were really spacious. the location was great as it was really close to the train station and easy to get around. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from.

The service wasn't great. the staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful which put a damper on the experience.

From the moment I stepped into the cozy B&B, I felt at home. The host, Jeffrey, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and even cooked delicious breakfasts each day. Despite his wife's recent surgery, she still managed to make a positive impression. They were both extremely accommodating and attentive to my needs. Although the overall stay was wonderful, I did find the bed to be slightly uncomfortable, leading to a sore back in the morning. The pillows provided were also quite flat, offering little support.
