The kids loved the outdoor activities and the spacious rooms were perfect for our large family. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our family vacation truly enjoyable.

My wife says that having more shaded areas by the pool would have been beneficial for the kids.

I always come back for the weekend. Helpful staff carried my bags first visit. Place has Wi-Fi, parking, pool, AC, kids' menu. Perfect for me.

the vegan main course was beautifully prepared and delicious, though a tad small. each villa has its own outdoor area with a bbq, a full-size fridge, and cooking facilities. the outdoor bathroom and washing machine were convenient. the air conditioning and ceiling fans kept us cool. the pool and day spa added to our relaxation.

We loved the beautiful outdoor bathroom with a huge egg bath at the resort. the pool area was peaceful and relaxing. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

The location of the resort is fantastic, right on the beach and close to the center of the resort. It is also conveniently located near hop on hop off bus stops, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchens. The staff is friendly and helpful, with the girl at the reception providing excellent service. Additionally, the outdoor shower is a great feature.

The restaurant at the resort is expensive for the value.

The staff at this hotel were all fantastic, particularly Yvette at Reception and Tony the Gardener/Handyman/General Manager. They went out of their way to deliver excellent customer service. the restaurant on site was magnificent, easily serving the best meal we had during our stay. the location is close to Cable Beach, just a short stroll away. We loved the open-air shower that allowed us to see the stars while showering and the easy access to different bars and restaurants in the area.

One area for improvement would be the room cleanliness and maintenance. Some parts of the room felt tired, with old furniture and fittings.

This place is surrounded by stunning tropical gardens that create a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower, which added a unique touch to our stay. The spacious and comfortable rooms were styled to resemble a Bali resort, adding to the overall ambiance. The customer service provided by Gabbi at reception was outstanding, as she went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Additionally, the delicious breakfasts and Sunday roast dinner served at the restaurant were a delight.

We found a restaurant during our city trip and had a great dinner. the Surf and Turf was amazing, we can say it was the best we have ever had. the service was excellent and prompt. We also noticed that the crispy skin Barramundi looked delicious.

Worst Customer Service. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the restaurant's poor customer service.

loved the private and relaxing vibe of the villas, with beautiful gardens, a nice pool area, and open-air bathrooms. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, even organizing a back-up taxi for us without us asking. We enjoyed the delicious food in the restaurant and the convenient location near Cable Beach. Highly recommend this elegant and comfortable resort.
