They promptly changed my room when I had an issue. The grounds and surroundings of the hotel were lovely, and the carpark was easy to navigate. The night under cabinet light was a nice touch, creating a welcoming ambiance. The room itself was generous in size and I enjoyed the table and chairs on the outside porch overlooking the gazebo. I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Charlestown shopping centre. The breakfast was also very good, and I appreciated the excellent washing machine and dryer facilities with provided washing powder. The friendly receptionist added to an overall fantastic experience.

We appreciated the large, soft towels and the convenience of having a hair dryer. the location was perfect for us as it was close to many local attractions, and we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary amenities like bottled water and a breakfast voucher.
