We stayed at Best Western Plus for the Festivale and the location was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Despite a small hiccup with the air conditioning, the staff at reception were exceptional and went above and beyond to accommodate us when there was no parking available. The hotel's proximity to where we needed to go was also a major plus. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Launceston.
