just back from a quick weekend in perth and the top floor room at batavia was perfect. comfy bed & pillows, smooth check-in, well-designed space, and quiet despite the busy road. caretaker was a gem — so helpful and kind! definitely a great spot for a getaway.

Spacious kitchen facilities made it easy to prepare meals. the big bathroom with a good shower was a refreshing plus. Located near a cafe for convenient dining.

We had a fantastic stay at Batavia! the location was perfect, just two lanes away from a main street, making it easy to explore the CBD and surrounding areas. We loved the French coffee shop "la papillon" right around the corner, they served the best coffee ever. the mosque was also within walking distance, and there was a chemist and supermarket conveniently located on William Street. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the separate spaces for the bedroom, living room, and kitchenette. the staff were very helpful and responsive to our special requests, and we had a great experience overall.

the location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. the property was clean and well-maintained, and we felt safe and secure during our stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool was a huge bonus, especially during the summer. the unit itself was a nice size and had great cooking facilities. it exceeded our expectations in terms of price and location.

Clean and comfortable detached studio apartment. Convenient location close to the city with a lovely cafe across the road and Hyde Park nearby. Free bus zone for easy transportation. Great value with kitchen facilities and a clean, spacious pool. Staff were helpful and parking was free.
