Friendly and efficient staff. I arrived early and was able to drop off my bags without any hassle. Sabine, a lovely staff member, even helped me with the check-in process. The room was spacious and relaxing, perfect for a work stay. The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to find. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant with great wine. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, spacious rooms, and convenient location.

We spent our Christmas at this hotel and we were delighted with the complementary breakfast and the hot chocolate station in the lobby. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to many attractions in the city. Additionally, we enjoyed having a balcony with a great view of the city.

The service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready and we had to wait for an hour.

The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout. The breakfast is satisfying, although a bit more variety in the hot food would be appreciated. The views from some of the rooms are fantastic, offering a glimpse of the cityscape.

The noise insulation in some rooms could be improved, as disturbance from neighboring rooms can be heard.

Great location close to everything, including a short walk from the museum station. Spacious and well-equipped rooms. Indoor pool is beautiful and the breakfast, especially the pancake machine, is a hit with the grandkids. Lovely touch at checkout with personalized chocolates.
