The spacious rooms and comfy bed made for a pleasant stay. Enjoyed the gym and easy access to a nearby club for meals. Slippery bathroom floor due to inadequate shower screen. Disappointed by lack of cooking facilities and pricey breakfast. Great location and beautiful decor, felt like a home away from home.

I've stayed at many places, but this hotel really impressed me with their top-notch customer service. the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Mel, in particular, was incredibly kind and accommodating. the modern rooms were spotless, and the little details like the espresso pod machine and complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch. the bed was super comfy, and the smart TV and free fast WiFi kept us entertained. the location was perfect, super close to everything, and the club next door served delicious food that was a lifesaver after a long day of traveling.

The narrow shower screen, which made it tricky to avoid flooding the bathroom floor. It would be great if this could be addressed to prevent any accidents in the future.

New facility, very clean, modern, and quiet. Nespresso coffee maker in room, balcony with a romantic setting. Location next to bowling club great for meals and discounts, and mini-golf. Lovely showers, interconnecting rooms perfect for families, and top-notch customer service. pillows were too hard, and bathroom vent noise disrupted sleep. Despite this, beach access and nearby Saltwater National Park and Manning Entrance State Park enhanced our family bonding and relaxation.

Slightly tight desk space and no undercover parking, but nothing major. Remembering those slippery tiles from the shower—bit of a slip 'n slide escapade, worth a giggle.

The instructions for the air-conditioning unit were a bit confusing, but thankfully the weather was pleasant and we didn't need it.
