The breakfast provisions were great, and the kitchen well-equipped. The spacious rooms, including a bathroom with a 2-person spa and bathrobes, made for a comfortable stay. A slight traffic noise issue for light sleepers and some maintenance needs like a bathroom fan and closing door. Despite these, an awesome week in this cozy cottage, enjoying the supplied breakfast and Neil's attentive check-ins.

the location at the start of the trail was ideal for biking. the welcome bottle of wine and nibbles added a special touch. the two-person spa in the bathroom was a luxurious treat. the breakfast provisions were plentiful and the kitchen well-equipped, complete with a coffee machine. Neil was attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. Despite some traffic noise from the road, the comfort and amenities of the cottage made up for it. the bathroom door didn't close properly and the fan wasn't working, but these were minor inconveniences. I highly recommend this cozy retreat. I would highly recommend this charming retreat.

The kids loved the spacious backyard and the convenient location near the beach. the host provided a generous breakfast spread, making mornings hassle-free for the whole crew.

My wife says that more child-friendly amenities would enhance the experience.

Stayed here for Christmas and it was great! Loved the beautiful character of the place and the amazing breakfast provisions they provided. the private courtyard was an added bonus, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine.

Only negative was the noise from the passing cars, but it wasn't a deal-breaker as the location was so convenient to everything. the kitchen could have used some more condiments and cleaning supplies, but overall it was a great stay.

Authentic old cottage with well-maintained, comfy amenities resembling the past. Plenty of provisions left, good-sized spa, excellent shower, and a very comfortable bed. Quiet location within easy walking distance to main street. Oozes decadence and romance, with the option to snuggle up with a glass of wine and nibbles while enjoying a spa, movie, or book. Spacious, pretty, cozy, well-equipped, and well-situated. Generous breakfast goodies of high-quality ingredients.
