Arrived, excited to explore my new balcony view—pure delight. Every morning, straddling my coffee, I watched the sunrise dance across the Broadwater. Pure serenity. Moved a workout to escape noisy contractors; exhale! Snuck out for a cheeky jetboat ride, a thrilling whim. Even made friends with the sauna regulars. Gracious staff joined me on a snack hunt, always there for me. Until next time, Crystal Bay.

The price is good for this location. the staff was helpful and accommodating. the views of the Broadwater were exceptional, and the pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation. the sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and BBQ facilities added to the experience. Nearby landmarks like Anzac Park and Southport Broadwater Parklands were great for family outings and bonding time. We enjoyed our stay despite some cleanliness issues.

Being a person with physical handicaps, I found Crystal Bay Resort to be a highly accessible and accommodating place to stay. The facilities were well-suited for those with mobility challenges, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, and the view of the Broadwater from the balcony was breathtaking. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within close proximity. The pool was a great feature, and the secure parking provided peace of mind. my stay at Crystal Bay Resort was exceptional, and I highly recommend it.

This hotel was so convenient, close to the Broadwater and parks, and close enough to shops. the staff were exceptional, super helpful and friendly. the outdoor swimming pool and spa were fantastic, with views over the Broadwater. the room sizes were perfect, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. the location was great, close enough but out of the way of the busy Surfers Paradise.

The cleaning in the second week seemed rushed, with only time for linen changes. the elevators had some issues when we first arrived, causing delays, but it got better after the first week.

We had a fantastic view from our room overlooking the beautiful Broadwater. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and the convenience of a washing machine and dryer made our week-long stay so much easier. We also enjoyed watching movies on Foxtel, a great entertainment option. The availability of plenty of parking spaces was a huge relief. I would highly recommend this aparthotel for its stunning view and well-equipped facilities.

Amazing views from the spacious and clean room. Loved the fact that they offered free coffee and tea facilities, which was very convenient. the location was perfect with easy access to nearby eateries and convenience stores within walking distance. Absolutely adored the scenic walks by the beautiful foreshore.

Some of the furniture in the room needed maintenance with one of the balcony chairs breaking while we were sitting on it, which could have been dangerous. the dining room chairs were a bit wobbly and in need of repair.

The view from the 13th-floor apartment was absolutely breathtaking, with jaw-dropping scenes of the Broadwater and city; the kids adored the comfy beds; the location was super convenient with friendly and WELCOMING STAFF throughout the building. the apartment was spick and span, equipped with all essentials for a pleasant stay, not to mention the outstanding staff who were always cheerful and ready to assist. the swimming pool was amazing, the exterior impeccably clean, and the constant boat movements added to the mind-blowing backdrop.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to all major attractions and a variety of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We loved the quiet area, yet it was still close to everything. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and the free wifi was a bonus.

The kitchen supplies could have been better stocked.

Stayed at Crystal Bay on the Broadwater for a family getaway. Absolutely loved the stunning views of The Spit and being close to everything for the kids. Quick drive to the light rail or Surfers Paradise, with yummy restaurants just a short walk away. The pool and facilities were stunning, and the location across from the Broadwater was perfect. Would definitely stay again!
