The kids loved the pool and the outdoor play area. the staff were so friendly and made us feel right at home. Plus, the family room was spacious - plenty of room for all of us!

For dads, it would be great if HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT had more kid-friendly meal options.

Omg, guys, the location of this place is amazing! right across from a petrol station and fast food - who doesn't love convenience? sadly, the breakfast did n't arrive on time. But the staff? super friendly and really helpful. 😊.

The stay at this hotel was fantastic. the room was good size and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom appeared recently renovated and was good. It was nice to have Netflix and Stan available. the big TV was a nice touch for entertainment. the staff was quite helpful and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.

One thing that could be improved is the noise levels, especially from the service station loudspeaker that woke us up at 2 am. there were some issues with staff entering rooms without permission.

Staff mishaps kept me entertained, from mystery room changes to late-night laundry lectures. While the TV was a highlight, the unexpected comedy of errors was the real entertainment. Can't beat a good plot twist! Loving the Netflix and Stan binge. Cheers from down under! .

We had a fantastic stay at this motel! The location is perfect, right near a busy street with easy access to shops and food places. The room was spacious, clean, and had a large TV for entertainment. The bathroom was recently renovated and looked amazing with a new shower and vanity. The owner was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. We couldn't ask for more!

The hotel's facilities were excellent, with a modern room, fantastic bathroom, and a lovely pool. Its convenient location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions like the Botanical Gardens and Zoo made my stay enjoyable.

The room at The Palms Dubbo - Town Centre Motel was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was large and comfortable, perfect for me and my partner. I also appreciated having Netflix and Stan available for entertainment. The location of the hotel was convenient and the size of the room was great.

I had a few issues during my stay. the staff entered our room without our permission while we weren't there, touching my belongings and moving them around.

The hotel also provided generous supplies of tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with complimentary bottles of water and Kit Kats. The location of the hotel was excellent, with restaurants, clubs, and attractions within close proximity. I particularly enjoyed taking a dip in the pool to beat the summer heat. it was a remarkable value for money experience.

The pictures online looked nice and the price was good, but that's about it. the staff seemed pretty friendly, and they had a decent selection of amenities. the location was alright, not too hard to find, with a few good restaurants and shops nearby.

Our romantic getaway turned out to be a real disappointment. the room was outdated and had a musty smell.
