My stay at the hotel was delightful. The renovated rooms were spacious and had a charming old world feel. The shower in the roomy bathroom was fantastic. I especially loved the large walk-in closet where I could store my bags. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the beach, was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel for short stays.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the reasonably priced breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms, and the option of aircon or ceiling fan. The renovated bathroom was a pleasant surprise, and the bistro offered great food and excellent value. Despite being located in a noisy area, our room was surprisingly quiet. The hotel's location is fantastic, with the beach just a block away.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all beaches and restaurants. It is also conveniently located opposite the police station. Additionally, there are many cafes close by. The room was clean and had modern decor, with both a bath and shower. The room also had air conditioning and a ceiling fan to combat the hot weather. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The towels in the room were clean but damp, suggesting they had not been changed.

Got a complimentary breakfast and a local map. the location is quite central, with lots of bars and restaurants around, and a short walk from the train station. There was free WIFI in the room.

The room was pretty awful. It was unclean, with stains on the carpet and walls.

The location of this hotel is absolutely mind-blowing! It's in a quiet part of , but still close to the beach and amazing restaurants. The old world charm mixed with modern details made for a jaw-dropping experience. The large balcony in our spacious room was simply stunning. Even though we arrived late and there was no open reception, their email communication was super clear. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. The bar and bistro had delicious food and the lounge area was perfect for winding down. The free on-street parking and beach access were awesome. The room had a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and plenty of hot water. We were impressed by the non-smoking rooms and air conditioning. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful old hotel, full of character and charm. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the bathrooms were modern and spotlessly clean, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Our room was nicely furnished, with both air conditioning and a fan to keep us comfortable. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short stroll of about a hundred meters from the beach, where we enjoyed sipping coffee while taking in the breathtaking views. Being within walking distance to all the attractions in Newcastle was a major plus. We've stayed here multiple times and would highly recommend it for a weekend getaway.
