Our stay was great. The hotel is located nearby all the main sights of the town, making it easy for our group to get around. We loved the little bar, which was a perfect place for a nightcap after a long day of trekking.

The staff were friendly, informative and exceedingly helpful. The ambience of the Orient Bar, and the size and amenity of our spa suite were without equal in Australia. The happy hours featuring a pianist and superb entrees made Hadley's a welcome sophisticated oasis.

We had a fantastic Xmas getaway! the hotel where we stayed during the holidays was great. They offered complimentary bottles of water and Christmas cookies in our room. the location was excellent, very near to shopping and dining areas in the city. We also loved the comfortable beds, which provided us a good night's rest.

We did wish that the breakfast buffet had more options. We also found the music in the restaurant a bit too loud for our liking.

The grandeur, spacious rooms, friendly staff, turn down service, tastefully renovated heritage.
