A Memorable Night's Sleep: As I sank into the luxurious Queen-sized bed, I felt like I was drifting off on a cloud, far away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. the comfort was truly unmatched, making me wish I could pack it up and take it home with me.

Loved the location, could grab a glass of wine in the cool bar then chill in the lovely room - good coffee in the morning always appreciated. Bella and Auburn Hair Lady were amazing, super helpful in making my dad comfortable and finding his way around. Soft towels and the comfy bed were great, and I liked that the window could open. Just the mattress was a bit bouncy, maybe a variety of pillow thickness would be nice, but overall 👌.

Staying at this hotel in Wollongong city was a pleasant experience. the room was impeccably clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, especially during breakfast service. the hotel's location was ideal, being close to everything in the city centre, including various dining options and a supermarket. the automated check-in/check-out process was convenient, allowing for a seamless arrival and departure.

One minor improvement could be providing more wardrobe space in the rooms. enhancing the soundproofing of the rooms could help mitigate noise disruptions from outside, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for all guests.

Spent my night sipping at Basta, an in-house Bar, felt like converting guests to regulars. Used the self-serve kiosk, the hotel's uni location tempted me to stay forever. Unwinding after exploring led me to freshen up, and kicking my feet up was a must. Cons: Found the dirtiest mugs in the room, a perfect touch for my tea.

loved the peaceful church-side view and fresh air in wollongong, but hotel totto surpassed expectations. convenient for christmas shopping, clean rooms, and friendly professional staff. far better than anticipated!

air con was noisy and unreliable.

I stayed for 3 nights on a leisure trip. the location was perfect, within walking distance of vibrant pubs, cafes, and shops. the room was tidy and the bathroom felt luxurious. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

i had a pleasant stay at totto, conveniently located near shops, the beach, and dining spots. the room was clean and cozy, making for a comfortable night's rest. the hotel's entrance is impressive, and the on-site parking adds convenience. check-in and out were hassle-free without needing staff assistance. the property exudes a cool vibe, especially in the lobby/cafe/bar area.

I loved the cozy room with a view of the carpark, and it had all the necessary amenities like heating and tea facilities. the breakfast was delicious, but the only downside was the limited staff availability. 😊.

Just got back from my stay and let's just say, I'll be sticking to room service next time! the bed felt like a marshmallow and the room was so tiny, my luggage was practically the only thing that fit. And don't get me started on the mini bar - it was emptier than my post-travel bank account. But hey, at least the manager at check out provided the perfect comedic relief! Who needs a refund anyway, right?
