As a tourist, I absolutely loved the amazing location and the fantastic rooms at this hotel. The room was top-notch with a stereo in the bathroom that was linked to the TV. The free coffee pods were a nice touch, and the view from our room was absolutely beautiful. The staff member who checked us in was extremely good at her job and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We even received a complimentary drink at the bar while waiting for our room, and a gift and card to apologize for the delay later on. The breakfast spread was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Had a great stay during my Thanksgiving weekend! Loved the prime location from where we could easily explore the city's attractions. the breakfast buffet had a large spread of delicious items and we loved the restaurant's scrumptious food. the icing on the cake was the access to the excellent lounge area with complimentary afternoon tea and pre-dinner drinks. Also got a chance to workout at the in-house gym, which was well-equipped.

Small features like complimentary bottled water, portable Bose speakers, and Chromecast on TV. Well-stocked and discreetly stored mini bar and Nespresso maker. Prime central location. Delicious a la carte breakfasts with great coffee. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is right at the end of the mall, which is perfect for being central to everything. It is within walking distance of the Perth malls and Her Majesty's Theatre. The rooms are upgraded and offer a beautiful view. The staff is exceptional, making guests feel welcomed and going above and beyond to provide a memorable experience. The restaurant offers delicious food and the gentleman there is knowledgeable in wine pairing. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room is well-insulated from outside noise. a fantastic place to stay and enjoy the city.

The expense of parking is a bit pricey and requires a short walk.

The highlight of my stay at Intercontinental was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my entire visit. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect as it was within walking distance to everything I needed. The room service was fantastic, although I wish there were more options to choose from. The breakfast was also quite good. I had a great impression of Intercontinental.

While my stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of drawbacks. The first issue was the uncomfortable bed, which caused me to wake up in the middle of the night with severe neck pain.
