We absolutely loved the beautiful gardens, especially sitting by the lake in the gazebo. the cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious. the staff was welcoming and friendly.

stayed at a lovely house in mount dandenong but Lakeside Cottage Luxury B&B surpassed expectations. the gardens, lake, and homemade bread were exceptional. the house, amenities, and spa bath were perfect for a relaxing getaway. cons: toaster needs an upgrade.

Lakeside Cottage Luxury B&B in Mount Dandenong provided a delightful experience. the beautiful gardens, especially at night, were serene; the winter garden and homemade bread were highlights. the property was well-equipped, and the host, Kaye, was friendly. the spa bath enhanced relaxation, and nearby landmarks like Mt Dandenong facilitated family bonding. This stay was truly memorable.

To improve, I suggest considering upgrading the bread cutting knife and toaster. A small sign indicating the Airbnb house could also be helpful for guests.

The room was clean and spacious, with nice views of the surrounding area. the staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. the location was convenient for exploring the city and easily accessible by public transport.

The noise level from the street was extremely high, making it difficult to sleep at night. the bathroom was small and outdated, with poor lighting and an uncomfortable shower.
