I recently stayed in a B&B close to Avalon airport, and it was the perfect location for my one-night stay before flying back to Gold Coast. The Bluestone room I booked was delightful, with an extremely comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom with a spa bath. The hostess was kind and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the pub next door served fantastic and generously sized meals.

The breakfast options at the B&B were limited.

Additionally, there was a large selection of coffee capsules, which was a nice touch. the hotel building itself was a lovely historic structure that had been beautifully restored. the common area was well-appointed and had a shared kitchen with adequate utensils. the hotel was also well-heated, which was great during my stay.

One major downside was the cleanliness of the hotel. the floors definitely needed a sweep and I didn't see any staff during my stay apart from one lady cleaning the rooms.

We had such a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect for us, being right next to a local pub where the food was pretty darn good. Plus, it was so convenient to be near Avalon airport as we had an early flight to catch. The service was excellent, with amenities like a paid airport shuttle and pet-friendly options. The room was cozy and had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. We also loved the beautiful garden area and the free toiletries provided. a great experience and we would definitely recommend it to our friends!
