We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated on a nice hill overlooking the whole city. We loved being near the Mall and surrounded by beautiful hills. The service was excellent, from the friendly staff on the reception desk who updated us easily on all services, to the staff in the restaurant who gave us excellent service. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and mini-bar. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa center. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, with shops, restaurants, and key sites all within walking distance. The entrance foyer area is small, but it offers a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-appointed, with nice amenities such as feather pillows and a coffee pod machine. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make guests feel special, like surprising honeymooners with complimentary champagne. There is also a good view of the town from some of the rooms.

The noise from the air conditioning unit or water heating system can be quite loud and disruptive during the night.

The Mantra Charles Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The comfy beds and close access to the eye hospital were perfect for our business stay. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even better, from the receptionists who were always obliging to the restaurant manager who was very approachable. The delicious dinner in the restaurant, yummy breakfast, and better than average room service were a cherry on top. We also loved the great shower with lovely strong water pressure. we couldn't fault anything about our stay at this fantastic hotel.

The hotel we stayed had an ideal location near the town center and was easily accessible. On top of that, the hotel room was clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We encountered an issue when checking out, as the hotel staff had some confusion with our payment. They were not able to track a payment we had previously made and it took some time to sort out.

Helpful staff, TV issue fixed promptly, spotless and comfortable room. Delicious dinner with creamy salmon, asparagus, and parsnip mash. Enjoyed the stay and will return. Great onsite parking available.
