The cold buffet dishes were top-notch, mate! the location was spot on with killer beach views, and the staff were ripper! Dining nearby at the Stunned Mullet, Eastern Tiger Restaurant, and the Observatory was a cracker!

I loved the location of this hotel! It was on a hill top overlooking the beach, and had a fabulous ocean view. It's also just a short walk from the center of town and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The service was great too. The staff were more than helpful and the male staff member in the morning was especially friendly. The room had all the amenities I needed like air conditioning, ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and a sitting area. There were even some extra perks like a terrace and patio.

This place is definitely recommended for everyone.

Located in a central position, this hotel is just a short walk away from the town centre, where you can find lovely cafes and restaurants. The beach is right in front of the hotel, allowing you to enjoy stunning ocean views. The spacious rooms with balconies are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The helpful staff ensures a pleasant experience, and the facilities like the pool, spa, sauna, and BBQ area add to the overall enjoyment.

The parking spaces at the hotel are small and tight.

Nothing could have been better.

Feeling like a cat on a hot tin roof with a faulty fan, our nights were filled with the rhythmic sound of a clock gone rogue. A change of rooms brought sweet relief, allowing us to toast our golden years with an ocean view that could rival a framed painting. the indoor pool became my watery haven, and Jazz, the magician of maintenance, spun his spells to make everything right. Mark my words, we'll sail back into those welcoming arms.

the private balcony allowed for complete privacy, and the noise-proof rooms ensured a peaceful stay. the location was great, with a short walk or drive to town and a nearby bowling club for dining options. the pool and spa, although I couldn't use them due to rain, were well maintained.

We had a decent time during our Christmas holiday and appreciated the free breakfast and parking offered. the proximity to the beach and town center were great too. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool despite the less than favorable weather.

The bathroom had a weird smell and we found hair on the sheets. the staff were unresponsive to our complaints and inquiries.

I had a wonderful stay at The Observatory. The hotel is situated in a fantastic neighborhood, with the beach just a stone's throw away. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby, making it a perfect location for dining out. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with incredibly comfortable beds. But the highlight was definitely the balcony with its breathtaking views - simply spectacular! I would definitely stay here again.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. I noticed that the policy of unsupervised kids wasn't being enforced, which made it uncomfortable when they intruded on the spa and sauna.
