The hotel is conveniently located, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The cafe breakfast is delicious, with quick service and a good variety of options. The hotel is also close to public transport, making it easy to explore the area. it's a great place to stay.

The air-conditioning system could use some upgrading as it took a while to get it working properly.

The breakfast included was decent, and the coffee was good. the location was convenient for my business meetings and there were plenty of food options nearby. the rooftop pool provided great views and was a nice break from work.

The beds in the Premium Family Room were too small and uncomfortable. the spa jets in the room did not work and overall the room was not worth the price I paid.

The rooms at Crowne Plaza were incredibly modern and sleek, with many features controlled by an iPad. Unfortunately, I did experience some issues with the electrical features in my room, such as the reading lamps not working properly and the fridge light staying on all night. However, the overall room size was spacious and the bathrooms were lovely and spacious.

Despite a few minor issues, my stay at Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood was enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it to others.
