we stayed at mornington peninsula retro caravans, and we absolutely loved it. the cute caravan, walking distance to beach and shops, and lovely staff made our stay enjoyable. the funky retro caravans were fully equipped, and the new bathrooms were a total plus. the location was great for a small family, with a good balance between retro and modern comfort.

Some guests lacked consideration, creating noise disturbances late at night.

The cozy caravan was nicely presented, but my ankles hung off the short bed edge. Issues with broken window, lack of privacy, and TV channels. Friendly staff, great location. Clean amenities block. Unclean crockery, no hot water or functioning TV. Overpriced at nearly $300 a night. A few missing items, incompatible cooktop, low water pressure. Staff helpful and key pick-up was easy, but rotten olives were found.

We enjoyed our stay at the retro caravan. the cozy atmosphere, comfy beds, and dog-friendly policy made our trip memorable. the lack of cooking facilities was a minor inconvenience. I'd recommend this place.

Staying at this hotel was such a cool experience! the staff were super friendly and quirky, making the atmosphere really welcoming. the caravan we stayed in was renovated, looking even better than the photos online. the location was a major plus - so close to the beach and Rye shops. We loved having a fridge in the caravan and access to the entertainment room with ping pong and arcade games.

The mattresses in the beds were a bit uncomfortable, and some basic amenities like a cutting knife were missing. Despite mentioning it, the broken window between the annex and the caravan didn't offer much privacy.

Our holiday at the caravan park was mega fun with endless laughs and tasty treats! We checked out the cool markets and chilled at the beach. the renovated van was rad, just like in our dreams! Close to banging cafes, it was epic!

More lively night activities for teens would've made the stay totally lit!

The decoration of the caravan was absolutely charming, with beautiful red, black, and green decor that made me feel like I was in a lovely vintage retreat. the easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants was perfect for seniors like me to enjoy a leisurely stroll and explore the area without any hassle.

I wish there were more comfortable seating options for senior guests, as sitting on the bed or sofa with a small table wasn't ideal for relaxing. the children working there could consider adding more cozy seating areas inside for a better vacation experience for seniors.
