Despite a few hiccups with room amenities, the warm hospitality of the new owners, Tanya and Jason, made our stay memorable. My mates and I had a sick time at the nearby Hotel Triplets Entertainment and the local pub. the staff were legend, and the location was tops! We even had a solid kip in our room. Can't wait to go back!

The room I stayed in had all the basics I needed - a comfy bed, a flat-screen TV, and hot water in the shower. It felt cozy and welcoming, just perfect for a tired traveler like me.

Everyone was more than accommodating, super friendly staff, and very welcoming locals! We had a fantastic night at the pub and the most comfortable sleep in the accommodation. It was in the middle of Warragul n Drouin. I liked that the Pub was there and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was in a quiet location with great food in the Hotel Bistro. the check-in was easy, done through the bar of the hotel. Bed comfy, hot water good. A basic room but good.

The beds were very hard, no microwave available, and I had to deal with a couple of spiders in the room, which was unpleasant as I dislike spiders. Shower pressure was not great, and there was a funny smell in the bathroom.

Located conveniently between Warragul and Drouin, making it easy to access shops and amenities. the friendly staff at the pub added a warm touch to the stay, with excellent customer service. Cons: the beds were uncomfortably hard, and the absence of a microwave was inconvenient. There were spiders in the room, which could be off-putting for arachnophobes. the shower pressure was subpar, and there was a lingering unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a few areas that could be improved. the bed was quite firm for my liking, and the room could benefit from a microwave for added convenience.

I recently stayed in Neerim South and it was amazing! the views were even better in person and I LOVED the cozy atmosphere. I would definitely choose this place again. the only downside is that the photos didn't do it justice. Can't wait to go back! .

Exceptional Customer Service and Warm Atmosphere

the welcoming locals and comfortable accommodations provided a cozy atmosphere perfect for a relaxing night. improvements could be made in terms of bed comfort and room cleanliness, as we encountered a few spiders and a funny smell in the bathroom.

I always return for the weekend. Staff helped me with taxi once. the hotel has free parking, a bar, a restaurant, and a welcome drink. Rooms have flat-screen TVs, kettles, and kitchen utensils. VIP check-in, children's menu, AC, and no smoking make it perfect for me.
