My recent stay at Novotel was absolutely wonderful. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect sanctuary after a long day of exploring. The hotel's location was fantastic, with plenty of attractions and amenities nearby. The staff was friendly and made sure that every need was met. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the helpful assistant manager, Jake. I had a fantastic experience at Novotel and would highly recommend it.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Novotel. The facilities were fantastic, with clean rooms, a refreshing pool, and a relaxing spa bath. The kids club kept my boys entertained, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We loved the free cupcake decoration for the kids and the complimentary super duper on a hot day. The location was excellent, and the service at the bar was excellent too.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel right across the beach. The location was fabulous, with nice views and being right on the NSW coast. The hotel facilities were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were helpful and accommodating, especially when celebrating our 10th year wedding anniversary. We also enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants and the beach, making it a great location for our stay.

Had a great Xmas stay at this hotel. Loved the ocean view room and the clean facilities. the buffet at the restaurant was amazing and the staff were friendly. the location was perfect, right across from the beach and with secure parking available. the renovations and upgrades done to the rooms and building were also a pleasant surprise.

The room had a warm and welcoming atmosphere with beautiful colors throughout the hotel. The view from the room was lovely and the breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had. The food was freshly prepared with a good range, and there was even an on-site barista. The hotel had fantastic facilities for group gatherings, including a great bar area and restaurant. Being close to the beach, cafes, and restaurants made it even better. The free hop on hop off bus was a fantastic bonus!

The staff was always friendly and courteous, and the service was top-notch. We enjoyed the comfortable and spacious room, with its huge bathroom and large TV. The hotel also had great amenities such as a gym, sauna, and swimming pool. We particularly loved the bar on the ground floor, which had live music on Saturday nights. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The only downside was that our room didn't have a pleasant view, but that didn't take away from our enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was right on the beachfront promenade, and I must say that I had a wonderful experience. The staff here were fantastic and took great pride in providing exceptional customer service. The rooms were soundproofed and had all the amenities one could ask for, including ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. The swimming pool and sauna were also great amenities to have at my disposal, as I could relax and unwind here after a long day out and about. Plus, the beautiful sun terrace had sun loungers where I could work on my tan while enjoying the fantastic view.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was spacious and newly renovated, and it had a stunning side view of the ocean that stretched for about 10km. the dinner we ordered was superb and we got to enjoy it on our balcony with the breathtaking view. the service was above average, with small Christmas gifts hanging on each door and friendly receptionists.

The pool was a bit disappointing, as it was surrounded by walls and lacked a view. the facilities were not as advertised, and the staff were rude.

The beds comfortable, clean room, great views, friendly staff, convenient location to beach and cafes.

Nothing could have been better.
