We stayed at Blue Heron for the first time and it won't be the last. The manager Caroline was exceptional from start to finish, even answering a call on her lunch break. The hotel is just like the photos, nicely renovated, modern, and very clean. Despite being fully booked, it was surprisingly quiet with no noise from other guests or the main road. The pool, gardens, and BBQ area added to the great feel. Excellent value for money.

We had a great city break at this hotel! the room was clean and modern, providing everything we needed for our stay. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to plenty of dining options. It was also a bonus that the hotel had a boutique feel, with fewer guests crowding the pool area.

The only downside was the parking situation, which was a bit awkward. But other than that, our experience at this hotel was fantastic.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the recently renovated rooms with modern décor and bright colors. The new bathrooms with natural light and oversized plant were a nice touch. The comfortable bedding and added amenities like a toaster, plates/cutlery, and a coffee machine made our stay enjoyable. The location was excellent, close to Pacific Fair, Broadbeach restaurants, and a short distance from the casino and shopping center. The owner was welcoming and happy to have us back, making our experience even better. The clean and inviting pool was a great addition, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

My boyfriend and I loved our "home away from home" at Blue Heron Motel. The friendly staff treated us like family and gave us insider tips on the best local beaches and dining spots. The room was clean and exactly like the photos. The pool area with a grill and lounge chairs was a great place to relax. The location was ideal, just a short walk to a beautiful beach and close to delicious restaurants and attractions. The highway noise was surprisingly minimal, allowing for peaceful nights.
