Although the room wasn't quite up to snuff, the surroundings made up for it. Got a bit lost with the signs, but the staff came to the rescue. Needed some tax help, and it was like a treasure hunt to get the invoice! Even the official restaurant was a tad lacklustre, but the grounds were a paradise. Slept like a baby in the spacious room, far from the chaos of everyday life. Can't wait to return and soak up more tranquillity.

I always return for a romantic escape. They found my lost item on my first visit. the resort has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, Outdoor pools, Spa services, Beach access, Fitness centre. I love the serene vibe and top-notch amenities.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic! They were so helpful and friendly, really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. the receptionist Lee was amazing, and the maintenance man and lady handling the bins were so friendly and helpful. the location was great too, just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for us to relax and enjoy the Pacific Bay area. the room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the wifi connection, which was a bit weak. It was fine for a holiday, but if you need to work or be connected online, it might be a bit frustrating.

Loved the location and everything the resort had to offer. the view was amazing! Beautiful land and location with clean linen and towels. the room, though not refurbished, was tidy and comfortable with a bonus outdoor balcony. the shower setup was inconvenient, and the kitchenette was too small. However, the relaxation facilities like the swimming pool, spa center, and nearby landmarks like Little Diggers Beach and Sealy Lookout really added to our family bonding experience.

we had a fantastic stay at Charlesworth Bay Beach Resort. the staff was friendly & accommodating, offering us a room with lift access due to medical needs. the location was serene with great on-site options like buffet breakfast, bar, and restaurant. the room provided privacy & comfort, with a massive shower head and a solid mattress.

The room was spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. the proximity to the beach and the peaceful surroundings were a definite plus. the highlight of the stay was the exceptional dining experience at the on-site restaurant. the lack of designated parking and small balcony were minor drawbacks.

Incredible service! the receptionist went above and beyond by moving her own car for me when parking was full. It felt like a VIP experience, as if I had my personal valet at the resort.

Located in a convenient area, this place is within walking distance of the beach and opposite a lagoon, offering easy access to Pacific Bay. the service is top-notch, with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi in rooms, creating enhanced comfort. the dining options, including the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area, provide a variety of delicious choices for guests.

The staff's response to an issue with a room upgrade request was not satisfactory. They did not offer a solution and seemed indifferent.

I loved the spacious Executive 2-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. It made me feel right at home during my holiday.

I always return for the fantastic service and amenities. They once saved my forgotten earpods! Free Wi-Fi, parking, pools, activities, spa. Perfect for my weekend getaways. Can't ask for more – like home away from home!
