Great location with stunning river views. Helpful and friendly staff including the concierge. Luxe feel to the hotel and well-equipped bathrooms. Executive Lounge access is worth the upgrade, with plenty of drinks and nibbles in the evening. Blackout blinds in the room make for a great night's sleep.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The hotel is conveniently located near the river and the CBD, with easy access to the free tram. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with comfortable bedding and great amenities. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing quick and easy service. Breakfast had a wide variety of food, including a juice machine. The view was amazing, particularly from the Panoramic Suite. The canapés and drinks at the club lounge were generous and had a great view too.

There was a delay in room cleaning, and the bin was not emptied on one occasion.

The rooms at Pan Pacific Melbourne are soundproof, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, making it easy to have a restful sleep. The hotel is located near the convention center, providing easy access for event attendees. The staff is friendly and the room service is quick and tasty. The hotel is modern and offers a stunning view of the river. Highly recommended!

Felt totally at home, no reason to complain.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving vacation with spectacular views overlooking the beautiful Yarra River and city. Club area was very spacious and well presented with excellent service from staff. Canapes and breakfast were ample, and the wines were perfect. the location was within easy access to great sites and attractions.

The security system for the lift was inconvenient. We couldn't visit our family members on other floors with our swipe card, and so we had to go down to the ground floor and back up again.

My stay at Pan Pacific was incredible. The breakfast spread was fantastic and I was blown away by the electric blinds in my room. Although the location wasn't perfect for my plans, the stunning river walk made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! the room, located on a high floor, was incredibly spacious and boasted stunning views. the luxurious amenities were exceptional: a variety of easily accessible plug sockets, turn down service and room cleanliness were impeccable.

The air conditioning was a minor issue, as it was difficult to control and the room was too cold at night. Despite this, the staff were always highly responsive and helpful.

We had an absolutely breathtaking view from our room at Pan Pacific. It was truly amazing to wake up and see the city skyline right outside our window. The location was also perfect, with everything we wanted to explore right on our doorstep. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Although there were a few minor issues, like the room AC not being as cold as we would have liked and a messy fridge, our overall stay was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Melbourne.
