The room at this resort was simply amazing! Despite overlooking the ferry terminal, there was hardly any noise, and on the other side, we had access to a stunning pool area. The breakfast included in our stay was excellent value for money, although the menu was a bit limited. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us for a special birthday lunch. We also loved the secure parking and bike storage available. The bus service to Horseshoe Bay and Picnic Bay was fantastic. our stay was incredibly satisfying and made for a truly memorable experience.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is right next to the ferry port, making it convenient for travelers after a long journey. Additionally, it is easy to take the local bus around the island, allowing guests to explore the area conveniently. The restaurant in the hotel offers a stunning view overlooking the water, providing a picturesque dining experience for guests.

The service in the restaurant could be improved, as some guests mentioned slow service and mistakes in their orders.

I had a wonderful stay at Peppers. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and upgraded me to a bigger apartment, which was a delightful surprise. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of fresh tropical fruits. The resort pool was big and relaxing. The location right next to the harbor was very convenient, even though the ferry and bus traffic could be a little surprising. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay on Magnetic Island.

The location was ideal for my business trip and it was great to have two complementary amenities offered. the spacious room allowed me to work comfortably and the pool was a nice way to relax after a long day.

the apartments were spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and always went above and beyond to assist me. the gardens and pool were well-maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated the option to use the BBQ facilities by the pool. my experience at this resort was fantastic.
