Ho trovato a disposizione stoviglie, tè, caffè, succo, latte e una colazione con brioche e pane fresco. Inoltre, il personale è stato super efficiente e gentile. Ho avuto la piacevole sorpresa di trovare un lettino da campeggio e un letto singolo con sponda per il mio bambino di 2 anni, senza neanche doverlo chiedere. La posizione dell'appartamento era tranquilla e il cortile interno consentiva il parcheggio della macchina. Consiglio assolutamente questo posto, soprattutto per le famiglie.

The standout feature of my stay was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff members at the reception. the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms left much to be desired and could definitely be improved upon.

Our stay at Punthill in Williamstown was worth every penny. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was simply stunning, right on the waterfront with a breathtaking view of the CBD. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of fresh milk available.

The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the kids absolutely loved it. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with modern facilities. I recently stayed at a hotel in the charming suburb of Williamstown. The location was perfect, with shopping areas and numerous eateries just a stone's throw away. The hotel itself was well-appointed and clean, and the service was exceptional. The rooms were comfortable, with comfortable beds and good pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the fresh and wonderful smelling foyer. the hotel offered great amenities such as a spa on the sun deck, perfect for relaxing on cool nights.

The limited privacy in some rooms, as they were located adjacent to the hot tub area.

i had a wonderful stay at Punthill. the apartment was spotless with a great location close to public transportation. the reception staff, kate and vikki, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the amenities in the room, like the mini kitchen and washer/dryer, made my stay very convenient. it truly felt like a home away from home.

Great value for money! the location was spot on - conveniently close to shops and attractions. Plus, free parking made it hassle-free for us to explore the area. the room was absolutely clean, with all the facilities we needed. the staff was friendly and check-in was fast.

We missed a bit of greenery in the inner courtyard, which was rather bland. It'd have been nice if there were some potted plants to liven up the view.

The location was perfect - close to shops and cafes, and a short walk to the music festival. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Studio layout with balcony was great. Modern bathroom with fabulous shower. Comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. Excellent car park available. Beautiful toiletries provided.

Great central location, walking distance to everything. Quiet and spacious apartment, with comfortable beds. Helpful and friendly staff. Free undercover parking is a bonus. Amazing waterfront views.
