the bed was comfy, but boy was it noisy! the bathroom needed some love, and breakfast was a letdown. On the plus side, the room was cozy, and the staff were top-notch. They even brought me scrumptious room service with a smile. Easy check-in/out too. Just wish they'd zap those pesky blowflies! Cheers to a comfy couch and excellent sleep.

stayed at Quality inn for a nearby event. room was spacious, loved the comfy bed and large ensuite. enjoyed monday breakfast, great service at the restaurant. moderate bond taken on check-in. room service food delightful, staff friendly and helpful. check-in and out smooth.

Staff were helpful, although cleanliness oversights and inconvenient elevator hours were drawbacks.

The hotel is conveniently located just opposite the great Victoria lake, making it a perfect spot for leisurely walks and beautiful views. It is also close to the town centre, with shops and restaurants just a short stroll away. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel offers an indoor pool, sauna, and spa, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring.

The in-house restaurant is not open for breakfast or other meals, which can be a slight inconvenience for guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Quality Hotel Parklake. The room was clean, fresh, and spacious, exactly as pictured. I loved the modular sofa in the room, it was a nice touch. The large and modern bathroom with a full-length mirror was a pleasant surprise. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool, and the fact that there is a great playground and skate park directly across the road from the hotel was a huge bonus. It made our stay even more enjoyable. I am very satisfied with my stay at Quality Hotel Parklake Shepparton.

Had an amazing Christmas stay with good complementary breakfast, convenient location near a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants. the indoor pool area was a great addition that kept us entertained for hours, and staff were always friendly and helpful.

The rooms were not as clean as we would have liked. We found dirty vents in the air conditioner and the bathrooms were also not up to our expectations.
