We enjoyed the central location with plenty of dining options nearby. the hotel facilities, including the gym and laundry room, were well-equipped. the cleanliness of the rooms impressed us, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I felt like a MasterChef in the fully equipped kitchen, even though I can barely make toast. the living area had a TV with so many channels I got lost. the hotel looks posh with its courtyard; I felt like royalty.

The room smelled like a breakfast joint.

Quest in a perfect location, spacious rooms, clean, and comfortable. King beds were cozy, and the linen felt fresh. the proximity to the business district and the lake was excellent.

Limited onsite parking, street parking might be necessary.

The hotel's central location was ideal for exploring Ballarat, with clean rooms and thoughtful touches like pre-cooled air conditioning. Although light seeped through the curtains and noise outside disturbed sleep, the friendly staff and amenities made up for it. I just hope my lost jacket from room 112 can be found and sent back. It was a blast for the kids with fun activities at every turn. The staff were friendly, and the spacious rooms allowed us to relax after a day of adventures in Ballarat Central. Cons: In my wife's opinion, a children's play area would enhance the family experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been more perfect as it was right in the city center and just a short walk away from all the shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I was even upgraded to a spacious apartment which was a delightful surprise. The king bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The room felt very private and the amenities such as the air conditioning and ironing facilities were top-notch. I also appreciated the in-room safe for added security. the level of comfort and quality at this hotel was exceptional.

Additionally, the hotel provides excellent facilities such as a well-equipped gym, laundry room, and a vending machine for snacks.

We recently stayed in a fantastic hotel during our business trip. the location was perfect, right in the middle of the city, close to restaurants and supermarkets. the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and they offered good recommendations. the room was comfortable, spacious, and had excellent facilities to prepare meals. In particular, we enjoyed the fact that the windows could be opened to let in fresh air, a rare find in hotels.

There were two downsides to our experience. the lift in the hotel was very small and slow.
