Oh, and the housekeeping team was friendly; that made a difference when I asked for extra biscuits! The garden furniture outside was a nice touch for those wanting to enjoy a bit of fresh air, but honestly, it could use a bit of sprucing up too. All in all, if you keep your expectations in check and know that it’s transitioning, you might find it decent for a budget stay. It wasn’t the worst place, but a little more attention to detail in cleanliness and comfort would really go a long way.

the solomon inn motel figtree is super clean. the location is great - really close to the shopping centre. the staff were lovely and very accommodating. it's also close to public transport. our room had a nice outlook facing the gardens, and everything worked perfectly.

Mate, if you’re keen on tandoori, the local spots pack a punch! Chicko's Chickens had some epic eats, and the Corner Point Cafe brews a mean cuppa! Plus, my room was clean and cozy—great for a quick stay.

I had a pretty great experience at this hotel! the staff were super friendly and really made me feel welcome. the housekeeping was on point, keeping everything clean and tidy. Plus, the location in Figtree Park is gorgeous with lovely gardens and plenty of space to relax. It’s close to really cool spots like the Wollongong Art Gallery and Nan Tien Temple, which made exploring fun. Breakfast was tasty too, though no early options for those early risers!

There were a couple of things that could use a bit of a boost. the bathrooms could use a little extra attention when it comes to cleaning.
