I found Springs Newcastle to be a calming oasis for my family stay with our 6-month-old baby. the relaxation facilities like the spa tub and serene environment were truly rejuvenating. Exploring nearby landmarks such as TreeTops Newcastle and Richley Reserve provided excellent opportunities for family bonding.

The electric kettle in the double room was a lifesaver! After a long day of exploring Newcastle, I returned to the hotel feeling like a cold, damp tea bag. But thanks to that trusty kettle, I was soon bubbling over with warmth and comfort.

The room had a great view of a sports field and lots of birds—it was pretty relaxing. the spa bath was amazing, and the shower had good water flow and hot water. the bed was comfy, and the wifi was excellent. the room was super clean and got tidied up every day, which was a nice touch.

The cleanliness of the rooms was a huge letdown. Our balcony was a mess, and we were charged extra for cleaning their mess up!

The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and made my stay exceptional. the room service was top-notch, and I enjoyed the access to various TV subscription services. the hotel's location was excellent, with eateries nearby and plenty of parking available. the quiet rooms provided a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring the area.

One thing that could be improved is the environmental impact - I noticed that towels were changed daily, even for shorter stays. Perhaps offering the option for guests to reuse towels would be a more sustainable choice.

The database provided a wide array of information and was very user-friendly. the room with a balcony was a delightful surprise, offering stunning views and a peaceful ambiance. I particularly enjoyed relaxing in the spa bath after a long day of exploring.

The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi signal in the room was a bit weak, making it difficult to connect at times.

i had an amazing experience at Springs Newcastle Motel. the room was modern, with excellent amenities and a cozy bed. great meals at the nearby RSL made dining convenient and affordable.

The location near diverse restaurants was super handy. Room with a spa bath was mind, blowing. Daily efficient cleaning, comfy bed, and hot shower with EXCELLENT water flow were jaw, dropping. Outstanding Wi, Fi, lots of free parking. Friendly staff and stunning sports field view with lots of birds grazing added to our fantastic experience.
