I absolutely adored the charming décor of the hotel, with elegant designs and lovely landscaped gardens that made me feel like I was in a tranquil oasis. the hotel's accessibility was fantastic for seniors like myself, with easy walking distance to Parramatta Westfield and the train station, making it convenient to explore the area without any hassle.

I wish the children working there could improve the breakfast options for seniors, ensuring a more fulfilling start to the day.

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn & Suites - Parramatta Marsden Street, An Ihg. The hotel was nice and clean, with modern and tastefully appointed rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The entertainment options in the room were extensive and exceeded my expectations. The location of the hotel was ideal, being near Bankwest Stadium and close to the train station and a large shopping center. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the small room size and lack of soundproofing, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
