The National Hotel surprised us with beautiful heritage rooms, comfy and private. Close to attractions, live music, and delicious food. noisy on weekends. Bar staff need better training, but staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite some issues, overall a lovely stay with a great vibe in a perfect location.

Enjoyed sunset drinks on the rooftop. Noise was not an issue, earplugs provided just in case. Perfect location near shops and restaurants. Delicious food and friendly restaurant staff. Courteous and helpful receptionist. Saved us when our taxi was cancelled multiple times. Thank you!

Despite my initial concern about the hotel's appearance, the rooms were actually really cozy and nicely appointed. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities were provided. I also appreciated the large and clean rooms that were nicely styled.

One aspect that could be improved is the noise level during closing time at the pub downstairs.
