We had an amazing time at this boutique hotel in Brisbane! The location was just a short walk from the city centre, perfect for us as we enjoy going out at nights. The ambience and style of the hotel were stunning, seamlessly blending old and new. Our superior room was spacious and well-designed, with a cool lift and a modern mini bar. The restaurant served faultless food with impeccable service. this groovy and classy alternative to traditional 5-star hotels exceeded our expectations.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving holiday at this hotel! Loved the free minibar restocked daily with drinks, the free happy hour with canapes, and the selection of lollies in the lobby. Super close to the downtown area, perfect for exploring the city on foot. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful bathroom, including high-quality toiletries.

The breakfast was a bit too formal and repetitive, would have preferred more variety and self-service options. the lighting in our room was too dim, and a few of the lights didn't work properly.

As always, Ovolo does not disappoint. From the seamless check-in process to the modern and clean rooms, our experience at this secret boutique hotel was amazing. the comfortable beds, fluffy pillows, and complimentary martini hour were just the cherry on top. We even got a room upgrade for my partner's birthday and the staff went above and beyond by decorating the room with balloons and a card. we had a delightful visit and have now found our new favorite place for a weekend stay in the city.

Here we found a luxurious venue that fulfilled all of our exclusive needs. the service was outstanding, and the hotel's swimming pool and sun terrace provided a remarkable experience. the elegant spa centre surpassed our expectations, and the room's exclusive advantages exceeded what was advertised.

The menu didn't have enough options for those with special diet menus.

The location of the hotel is superb, with easy access to the main shopping area and convenient street parking. The room had a nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, and sink, and we were delighted to find complimentary soft drinks and beer that were restocked daily. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, even providing treats for our dog. The room size was adequate for our needs, and we enjoyed ordering takeout and relaxing in the hotel.

There were a few minor issues with our room, such as a malfunctioning room phone, iPad, and basin tap. the bathroom grout had some mold.
