The apartment was gorgeously kept, and the male receptionist, Awan, was an absolute legend, helping us navigate the area easily; the location was spot on. the fully equipped rooms were a dream, with a pool and spa that were wicked to relax in after a day out exploring, even if we had to wait a bit for fresh towels. 🌟 Great stay overall, just a tad towel wait annoyance.

We also appreciated the complementary parking, which was very convenient. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions.

It was a bit confusing to find our way around the hotel, as there were not many signs indicating where to go, and we had to ask staff for directions a few times. the room was a bit outdated and could use some updating, especially in the bathroom.

The value for money was unbelievable, with a spectacular and cheap 2 bedroom apartment. The staff at The Sebel were absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect, close to transport and right in the heart of New Quay.

The location of the hotel is great, opposite Lotus restaurant in the newly developed Docklands area. It is also convenient having a cafe next to the main reception, making it easy to grab breakfast or a coffee. The rooms are well designed with a comfortable bed and the bathroom is a good size. The staff provide a high level of personal service, as noted by the assistant manager checking in with guests before arrival. the hotel offers great facilities and advantages such as a sizeable fridge, washing machine, and ironing facilities.
