Great location and helpful staff, but cleanliness and maintenance concerns

The motel's great location and the helpful staff stood out during my stay, providing a convenient and welcoming experience. cleanliness issues such as stained chairs and lack of maintenance like rusty appliances took away from the overall comfort. Improved attention to detail and regular maintenance can significantly enhance the guest experience at this motel.

The management at the motel was incredibly helpful during our stay. We had requested an upstairs room, but unfortunately I injured my knee and couldn't climb stairs. However, the staff quickly changed our room to a ground floor one, even though it was a busy long weekend. They also allowed us to check in a few hours early, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. Despite being a budget hotel, all amenities worked well and there were even extra pillows and blankets available. The biscuits left in the room were a nice touch.

While we understand that the motel is a budget option, it is starting to show its age. The television in our room did not work, despite our efforts to fix it.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to the shops, beach, and main town center. We loved being able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Great location, within walking distance to the town center and just across the road from the beach access. the room size was good, and the bed comfortable. the sea breeze coming in through the windows was very enjoyable on hot days.

This place needs a major revamp. the inside looked old and outdated, and the chairs in the room were dirty and uncomfortable.
