The hotel had such charming decorations, with cozy sitting areas where I could relax and enjoy a cup of tea. the corridors were wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to walk around with my walking stick. It felt like a warm home away from home for someone like me.

we had a lovely stay at the woodroffe for christmas. the location was perfect, making it easy to get around. the room was comfortable and well-presented with a fridge for our picnic items. even though it was christmas and services were limited, they checked on us daily. the hotel was clean, and the staff were attentive. one small suggestion would be to have biscuits with the tea and coffee in the room.

Had a sick time with mates hitting up the Southport shopping scene & catching mad waves at Broadbeach. Brekkie set us up right. Staff were legends! Only thing missing was some lit night entertainment for the squad to keep the vibe going.

Wish there was more nighttime action for us party animals, like a cool hangout spot on-site or nearby for after-hours fun.

we were offered complimentary drinks on arrival which was a nice touch. the location was also great, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. the bed was really comfortable too, which was much needed after a long day out.

Honestly, my Christmas stay was not great. the Wi-Fi was really slow which made it hard to stream anything.
