Worst Housekeeping and Limited Amenities. The housekeeping service was a bit lacking as our cups were not cleaned and supplies like tea bags and sugar were not replenished.

We have stayed at Hotel Am Schubertring for the fourth time and it never disappoints. The location is perfect, right in the center of all the tourist sites and easy to reach from the airport by train. The staff is incredibly friendly and the room was lovely, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like a coffee machine, refrigerator. The daily cleaning service was excellent and didn't disrupt our stay. We also appreciated the nearby restaurant with delicious schnitzels and the convenience of a McDonald's and Spar supermarket across the road. we felt very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and friendly, making us feel welcome and ensuring a pleasant stay. We also appreciated the free shuttle service, airport shuttle, and tours/ticket assistance.
