The staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredible, organising a shuttle bus from the train station. The rooms were beautiful and clean with comfortable beds and a great shower. The facilities, including the sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, were clean and well-equipped. The in-hotel restaurant was expensive but the food was absolutely delicious. We felt like VIPs thanks to the helpful and patient staff who made us feel at home. The spa area was mind-blowing and the breakfast was exceptional. The hotel exceeded our expectations and offered great value for money.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the beautiful region of Zell am See. It is situated in a tranquil area, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the ambiance. the hotel is conveniently located near the High Alpine Road, making it easy to cycle and explore the stunning surroundings. Guests can also easily access Zell am See and other nearby attractions. The rooms are comfortable, well-furnished, and offer spacious balconies with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. The hotel also features excellent facilities, such as an indoor and outdoor pool, spa, gym, and a cozy bar.

The price for certain amenities, such as the wine list, is quite expensive.

I had a fantastic stay at Haidvogl Mavida in Zell am See. The spa was amazing and I felt completely relaxed and recharged after my visit. The rooms were comfortable and had beautiful views over the mountains. The food at the restaurant was also top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The swimming pool and heated waterbeds by the pool were a definite highlight. Although the hotel isn't located directly in Zell am See, I enjoyed the walk along the lake and discovered some great hiking trails starting from here. I had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at Haidvogl Mavida. I would highly recommend it for a rejuvenating getaway.

Big room with nice view. the kids pool in the kinderhotel was great. the location was perfect, with easy access to the gondolas and ski-cellar.

The rooms were not cleaned regularly and we only had our room cleaned twice during our five-day stay. the water pressure in the bathroom was too low and it was difficult to take a shower.

The hotel is conveniently located in the south suburb of Zell, making it easy to access the ski lifts for Schmittenhoe. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including a selection of teas. The hotel also has a beautiful spa with great facilities such as an indoor pool and saunas.

The reception staff could have been more helpful with information about local activities and attractions.

Just got back from a 4-day Xmas break and it was truly outstanding. the breakfast was really great with various options including fresh juices and pastries. the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was always helpful and professional. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the slopes and the town. the spa area was exceptional, with a large heated pool and great saunas and steam rooms.

That the WiFi signal was weak in my room. it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable holiday.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great suggestions for nearby restaurants and things to do in the area. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a stunning view of the mountains. I loved the warmth of the indoor pool, and the added excitement of taking a dip in the outdoor pool. The hotel even offered a free shuttle to the nearby lift, making it extremely convenient for skiing. The highlight of my stay was the man with the van, who had a great sense of humor and provided entertaining commentary during the rides.

Although the hotel had a luxurious touch in the common areas, I felt that the room could have been more luxurious as well. I was also disappointed that there were no toiletries provided in the room, such as make-up removal products.

Excellent facilities, clean rooms, friendly staff. Nice pool and leisure facilities. Close to lake and town. Lots to see and do in the area, especially with the summer card. 🌟
