Loved climbing the steps with my heavy luggage. The weak Wi-Fi at the end of the building was a delightful challenge.

The hotel is also conveniently close to the main train station, making it easily accessible for travelers. In addition, being situated in the historical city center allows for an immersive experience in Graz's rich culture.

the room exceeded our expectations, with a spacious and comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, and a Nespresso machine. the hotel is conveniently located near a market and the famous Mariahilfer strasse. We also loved the secure underground parking. Although we didn't have breakfast, it looked delicious with a great variety of options. We will definitely be returning to this hotel when we visit Graz again!

Great staff, perfect location, and good breakfast. the staff was really kind and helpful. the hotel was located in the perfect city area, so I had easy access to the main attractions and transportation. Plus, the breakfast was really good and had a lot of options to choose from.

Poor amenities and unclean room. the room was not fully clean, and I found some hairs in the shower and mirror.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room at Mercure. The comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep and the complimentary drinks in the mini fridge were a nice touch. The hotel's location, just across the old town, made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the small market place selling fruits and vegetables in front of the hotel was a convenient perk. I had a great experience at Mercure Graz City and would definitely recommend it to others.
