We stayed at Mercure for a week in May. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, with restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance. The hotel also provided a baby crib for our little one. our stay was enjoyable and we would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff at Mercure were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The location of the hotel is perfect - just a quick 3-minute walk from Schwedenplatz metro station and all the major sights around the Graben. Despite the smaller size of the rooms, the bathrooms were surprisingly comfortable and had a great shower. I was very impressed with the service, location, and amenities at this hotel.

Location on this hotel could not be better. Schwedenplatz is near by with the subway to get around the city and within a walking distance is the whole old town with all the sightseeings. The room we had was a little cramped but very modern. We expected more sockets but found only two available for charging devices. Toilet was very modern and when asked we received additional ammenities. Water was added to the minibar daily. Restaurant/breakfast room was quite small and cramped so during rush hour expect to stand and wait and give way. Best way to get to the hotel from the airport is with the CAR train and subway to Schwedenplatz. Taking a taxi will result in a ridiculous amount of driving due to the numerous oneway streets.

This place is right in the middle of an interesting and lively neighborhood, with beautiful architecture all around. Everything is easily accessible by walking, including lots of great restaurants. The staff were so helpful and welcoming, and I appreciated the little extra touches like the welcome drink and room service.

Great value for money, the room was comfortable and well-designed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty of attractions nearby. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

Complementary welcome drinks and a welcome snack on arrival were a pleasant surprise. the hotel was situated in a lively area with an abundance of dining and entertainment options, making it easy to explore the city on foot. the room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast room layout was not well thought out, with a toaster blocking access to other areas. On one occasion, a food order was forgotten, resulting in frustration and wasted time.
