We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Sapphire City. The location was excellent, with easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. The balcony gave us a great view of the city. The staff, especially Ms Nigar, were always friendly and helpful. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including an iron and electric plug. we would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel recently and had a luxurious experience. Our room had exclusive amenities and we were pleased with the in-room breakfast. the staff at the restaurant was cordial, and the snack bar offered delicious items.

We only had one minor issue, the packed lunch we ordered was slightly cold. it did not hamper our experience in any way.

The hotel's central location makes it easy to access the best restaurants and nightlife in inner Baku city. The staff are superb and always willing to fulfill any request, making your stay enjoyable as friends who like to go out at nights.

Celebrating New Year's Eve in the city was great fun! the hotel was located in the heart of the shopping district which was perfect for exploring the city. the staff were super helpful and friendly, they let us check in early and offered us a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate New Year's Eve. the rainforest shower in our room was amazing, it was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

The level of English spoken by some of the staff, other than the front manager, was quite low which made it difficult to communicate at times. the mattress in our room was quite worn out and we could feel the springs when laying on it, which was uncomfortable for sleeping.
