Located right in the heart of the Old City, this modern hotel offers a convenient base for exploring. The metro station is just a three-minute walk away, making it easy to get around. Guests have praised the friendly and supportive staff, with the manager going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The restaurant on the fourth floor offers stunning views of the city.

While the hotel offers a central location, some guests have mentioned that it is slightly away from the main Nizami area.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the old town and close to many key attractions. the staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering us an upgraded suite on arrival as well as complementary refreshments. the breakfast had a good selection of food and the restaurant had a beautiful view of the city.

The hotel did not have a lot of parking available and we struggled to find a spot for our car. the blackout curtains in the room could have covered the windows more effectively, letting in too much light early in the morning and making it difficult to sleep past a certain point.

Staying at this hotel was an experience of pure luxury. the service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to fulfill our every need. the Spa & Wellness Centre was exceptional; the full body massage left us feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. the room advantages were exclusive; the Turkish bath was a unique experience, and the garden area was a peaceful retreat.

The only minor issue we had was limited options in the restaurant menu. the bar/lounge area made up for it with their fantastic cocktails and ambiance.

The hotel decor was stunning, with clean and new rooms that were beautifully designed. the staff, especially Mr Natik and Mr Roshan, were very helpful and courteous. the management of the hotel was top-notch and made our stay enjoyable. the hotel's location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the Old City and within walking distance of all the main attractions. We also loved the fantastic view from the rooftop balcony.

The breakfast was not great and didn't live up to our expectations. the late breakfast serving time was inconvenient and not worth changing our plans for.

I had a fantastic stay at a stylish hotel with an amazing location and breathtaking views. The interior was beautifully designed and added to the overall charm of the place. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff, especially Yulia, Yusuf, and Emir, were extremely helpful and friendly. They even organized a packed breakfast for me when I had to leave early for my flight. The restaurant offered a variety of options for breakfast, and the views from there were simply outstanding. The free hamam and sauna were a nice bonus. The hotel provided daily bottled water and was in a convenient location, close to the metro and tourist attractions. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience at Shirvanshah. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a stylish and well-located place to stay.
