We had a great stay at this budget hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they quickly addressed any issues we had. The room was small but clean and convenient, with a nicely redone bathroom. The breakfast had a lot of choices and the location was excellent, overlooking the harbor and close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We also appreciated the secure parking option. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and affordable stay.

The staff at this hotel provide excellent service, with a multilingual team available to assist guests in several languages. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer a great view of the beautiful seaside town, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. The breakfast provided by the hotel is exceptional, offering a wide selection of high-quality products and even including sparkling wine for that extra touch of luxury.

The hotel had a great location, close to the train station and at the end of the main shopping strip. The lovely Ellen on reception was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a central area of the city.

The balcony of the Penthouse Suite lacked privacy due to the design and proximity to other balconies.

i had a great time in ostend and c-hotels burlington was the perfect place to stay. the staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and the bed was extra comfy. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. i will definitely be back soon!
